Dedicated veterinary technician for nearly 20 years despite her nursing background, Leah is a loving wife and mother to her son Gavin who also manages a very large fur family (a Rottweiler, Nitis, and seven cats), and enjoys football, driving range practice, boating, and beach trips.

Leah holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland School of Nursing but due to her passion for animals, she has been working as a veterinary technician for almost 20 years. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has a 15-year-old son, Gavin, who is her pride and joy. Her fur family is very large and includes her Rottweiler named Nitis and seven cats- Simba, Bullseye, Ellie, Keanie, Sapphire, Destiny, and Midge. When Leah isn’t working she enjoys watching her son play football (and the Ravens) and going to the driving range, as well as boating and beach trips.
