Effective Immediately: March 19, 2020

Given the COVID-19 outbreak, we are following guidelines from the Center for Disease Control & the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and must make changes to our patient & client protocols for the safety of our staff, clients, and patients.

To maintain safe distances & minimize the spread of the virus, please note the following policy changes: 

1. Clients will NOT be allowed to enter the building until further notice!  Please call 410-522-9090 to have a team member collect your pet for their appointment.  We will discuss histories, treatments & collect payment via phone.

2.  We request any clients that are showing any flu-like symptoms to please stay home! 

3. If possible, please delay any non-essential appointments.

4. All prescriptions MUST be pre-paid & will be brought to the door for pick-up.   

Thank you for your understanding & patience as we work to keep our hospital open to be able to service our clients & patients!

In light of all the news regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we wanted to share some information with you.

Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we ask that if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or a fever to stay home if possible. We are happy to reschedule your appointment. Please let the front desk know if you are experiencing symptoms, or have been in close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 person.

Our staff will be taking precautions in an effort to prevent the virus from spreading. We ask that you follow the CDC’s guidelines and take steps to protect yourself. Remember to wash your hands often, don’t touch your face and cover your sneeze or cough.
